Pregnancy and Birth
Your comprehensive personalized care includes:
- Two Prenatal Visits (virtual or in-person): Tailored to your unique needs, these visits focus on education, birth goals, and a “labor rehearsal.”
- 24/7 On-Call Availability: Starting at 37 weeks, ensuring support whenever you need it.
- In-Person Labor Support: Continuous care during vaginal or scheduled cesarean births.
- Immediate Postpartum Support: Assistance at your place of birth for a seamless transition.
- Two Postpartum Visits: In-home care to provide guidance and ensure your comfort.
- Ongoing Communication: Accessible via phone, text, and email throughout pregnancy and labor.
Payment Details:
- Retainer: $1,000 to secure your doula’s services.
- Balance: $800, invoiced at 35 weeks of pregnancy.

Postpartum Care
Services Include:
- Newborn care while you rest or eat: Diapering, soothing, and ensuring your baby is well-cared for while you recharge.
- Education on newborn basics: Learn swaddling techniques, soothing methods, safe sleep practices, bathing, and understanding your baby's developmental needs.
- Emotional support: A safe space to process your birth experience and adjust to life with your newborn.
- Sibling Care: I can care for your baby while you spend quality one-on-one time with siblings to help them adjust or spend time with the older ones.
- Referrals to trusted specialists: Recommendations for lactation consultants, postpartum physical therapists, or emotional health providers.
Payment Details:
- Singleton $50 per hour ($1600) and Multiples $60 per hour ($1920).
- 32 hour initial package required and due at booking. Additional hours can be added as needed.
