I specialize in Mindfulness-based birth and Parenting preparation while maintaining deep expertise in supporting families through complex situations—high-risk pregnancies, substance abuse recovery, chronic diseases, and trauma-informed care. 

My background in psychology (BA, UMass Amherst) and ongoing graduate studies in counseling psychology inform an approach that's both evidence-based and deeply compassionate.

As a mother of two daughters who has navigated my own birth experiences, I understand both the clinical and lived realities of this journey. I offer services in English and French, and maintain a carefully curated client roster to ensure the personalized attention your family deserves.
